The Edit Media Details tool in VT Media Manager is a powerful organizational and SEO visibility tool that lets you update four core datapoints on your images (title, alternate text, caption, and filename). All key metadata is in an organized table for improved process workflow. You can view your images in a larger lightbox format to bring your images into focus. The file renaming tool works either manually or automatically, letting you create descriptive and meaningful filenames that use keywords in the filename. This lets you keep filenames short and relevant. This is incredibly useful since images with descriptive names are more likely to be found by search engines.

There is an optimized image search for all providers, and you can switch between providers to compare images.

VT Media Manager supports the safe upload and visual management of the Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) format. This is incredibly useful since SVG images can be searched, indexed, scripted, and compressed. SVGs are scalable and can be printed with high quality at any resolution. SVGs do not lose any quality if they are zoomed or resized. The SVG support option is admin configurable for different user roles and can be disabled completely. The sanitization feature rejects malicious SVG/XML files. This SVG option lets you use SVG files like any other image.
Bulk Upload and Download
Conveniently upload and download images in bulk using zip files
VT Media Manager has both bulk upload and download features that are convenient, especially when you work on multiple sites. The bulk download tool works on multiple selected files and downloads a zip file of the selected images. A copy of this zip file is saved on the server and available in the admin section. The bulk upload tool lets you upload zip files directly to the server. There is an option to upload into category folders. Both the upload and download tool work directly inside of VT Media Manager so you never have to leave the tools.
